Limited Lobby Access
/in Uncategorized /by Jillian MalechaLimited Lobby Services at Roundbank
As many businesses begin to open back up again, we have made the decision to slowly roll back our restrictions on lobby access. As of Thursday, May 21st, 2020, we will be opening our lobbies up to appointments only. We will continue to work remotely and ask that if you can conduct your business via phone or email, you continue to do so. We will be slowly bringing staff back into the branches while utilizing proper social distancing practices. Drive-thrus will continue to remain open.
We still have the health and safety of our customers and staff our upmost priority. Although they are not required, we will have masks available for you to use. You may be asked to pull down your mask momentarily for proper identification. We have social distancing measure in place with floor decals and direction from our in-branch staff.
During this period of limited lobby access, we are still just a phone call away. The exceptional financial services that we have always provided for our customers will not change. Most of our services can still be conducted via drive-thru, night deposit boxes, and ATMs. We will be able to take appointments and ask that you please call ahead and discuss your situation with one of our Universal Bankers so that we may develop a plan on how to best serve your needs. We are also happy to support you through our online banking and mobile banking tools.
As your trusted community financial institution, we are doing our part to protect the communities we serve. We will continue to keep you up to date as we move forward. You can also check our website at www.roundbank.com for the latest updates.
